Policy Revision Submission Form
This form should only be used for submitting revisions to the Ithaca College Policy Manual. If a new policy needs to be added, please notify the Office of the General Counsel at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Make sure you:
-Submit revisions for only one policy per form submission.
-Complete the form below in its entirety.
-Copy the policy section from the online policy manual and paste it into a Word document.
-Attach the Word document here, marking all changes to the policy with the Track Changes feature.
